Land owners are required to comply with local council regulations, in line with the Bushfire Act 1954.

Regulations regarding firebreaks, block clearing and fire prevention measures are complex and vary considerably between local councils. We have over two decades of experience working with local government agencies on bushfire compliance and safety. We can liaise with your council on your behalf if problems occur and act as a conduit between the council and yourself to make sure your property is safe and compliant.
